Overview

bb_advanced_applications is a premium application system for FiveM servers. It allows players to submit applications through a modern in-game portal while staff members can review, process and manage incoming applications in a protected department dashboard.

The script is ideal for servers that want a cleaner and more immersive recruitment process for factions such as police, ambulance, city services or justice departments.

Application Workflow

Players can access the application portal directly in-game and submit their application to the selected department. Each department can use its own texts, branding and custom question labels to match your server structure.

Staff members with the required job and grade can open the review dashboard, check incoming applications and move them through the workflow.

Departments

The script supports multiple departments out of the box. Every department can be configured individually with its own:

• subtitle
• primary color
• logo
• hero logo

Optional RoadPhone Support

If your server uses RoadPhone, the script can optionally send notifications to staff members. Online staff can receive push notifications, while offline staff can receive mail depending on your setup.

Installation

1. Upload the folder bb_advanced_applications to your resources directory
2. Import the included SQL file
3. Configure your departments in config.lua
4. Add your logos to html/assets/ if needed
5. Ensure the resource in your server.cfg
